The CCM Premier P2.9 SDC Intermediate leg pads offer many of the same features as the Premier ll's, at a lower price tag for the growing elite or amateur goalies. The strapping is considered, by CCM, to be one of the most important areas of the pad, so the P2.9 SDC Int feature the new QMSS strapless set-up that is seen on the Premier lls. The movements of the pads are held in control by a new Velcro calf strap that replaces the large amount of leather ones on the previous Premier R1.9.

This calf strap that can be adjusted to any goalies preference in length, if they like to play with a looser or a tighter pad. The P2.9 SDC Int features a shallow soft flex boot for optimal boot flex while skating, and a loose fit leg channel for better pad rotation and on-ice seal in the butterfly.
